Drop-off rentals are $350 for 4 hours and $500 for 8 hours. That includes delivery, professional setup, and teardown within 25 miles of Fort Collins. Locations 25 to 50 miles out add a delivery fee, quoted upfront before you book.

With a drop-off rental we deliver the simulator, set it up completely, and come back to tear it down — but no staff stays during your event. You and your guests play on your own. Staffed events include on-site staff for the full event, live competition management, and a live leaderboard, and start at $600 for two hours.

Indoors we need about 12 ft of width, 16 ft of depth, and 9.5 ft of overhead clearance. Outdoors the enclosure needs about 16 ft wide, 18 ft deep, and 12 ft of height. Either way, one standard 110V outlet. Ceiling height is usually the deciding factor indoors, so measure that first — call us at 970-430-5447 if you are not sure your space qualifies.

No, and we ask that you don't. We always transport, set up, and tear down the equipment ourselves — that is included in every rental. The simulator should not be moved or relocated once it is set up.

Yes. We hold a $500 fully refundable damage deposit for drop-off rentals, released after we pick the equipment up and confirm everything is in the condition it was delivered in. This is separate from the $100 retainer that holds your date.

Delivery and setup are included free within 25 miles of Fort Collins, which covers Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Wellington, Timnath, and surrounding communities. Between 25 and 50 miles we add a delivery fee, quoted upfront.
