Choose a package and submit a reservation request through our Calendly booking form — it takes about 3 minutes. You'll share your event date, venue city, available space dimensions, and guest count. We review your submission — usually within a few hours — to confirm venue fit (dimensions, ceiling height, travel), check availability, and finalize your quote. Once approved, we send you a confirmation and a secure Stripe deposit payment link. Your date is officially held once the 50% deposit is paid.
Our team arrives before your event begins to install the full simulator system — impact screen, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, clubs, and balls. Standard right- and left-handed clubs are provided. Your guests don't bring anything.
During your event, our on-site staff manages all gameplay. We explain the games, manage rotation, keep a live leaderboard, and make sure every guest — golfer or non-golfer — has a great experience. Games include closest-to-the-pin, long drive, skills challenges, and more.
After your event, we handle complete teardown and cleanup. Your venue and your team don't manage a single piece of equipment. The space is left exactly as we found it.
